A key feature is its nutrition logging capability: you can snap a photo of a meal to instantly get calorie, weight, and macronutrient information, a process that does not require an Amazfit smartwatch. The app also offers AI-powered coaching and guidance to help interpret your data.

Nutrition Tracking

The app allows users to log their dietary intake by snapping a photo of a meal, which then instantly provides data on calories, weight, and macronutrients. This feature operates independently, meaning an Amazfit smartwatch is not required to utilize the nutrition logging functionality. Users can log an unlimited number of meals, and manual data entry is also supported.

Comprehensive Health and Fitness Monitoring

Zepp tracks a wide array of vital health metrics, including heart rate, sleep patterns, stress levels, and blood oxygen saturation. It also details daily activity such as steps taken and calories burned, alongside advanced training data like pace, distance, speed, strength logs, and recovery insights. For sleep, the app provides precise monitoring, syncing data to offer a full recovery analysis with metrics on sleep stages, duration, breathing, and overall recovery quality. Heart health data is centralized, displaying heart rate, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), and Resting Heart Rate (RHR), with an option to manually add blood pressure and blood glucose readings from external devices for a more complete picture.

Amazfit Device Management and Customization

Beyond health tracking, the app serves as the hub for managing Amazfit smartwatches, bands, and rings. It facilitates software updates for these devices and provides access to the Zepp Store, where users can choose from hundreds of downloadable mini apps and watch faces to personalize their experience.
